Where We Ship
We ship within the United States, with international shipping on the way — check back soon if you're outside the US.
Processing Time
We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order is prepared for shipping, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking information by email.
How Your Order Gets to You
Zarnier works with a global fulfillment network, including US-based warehouses. Depending on product availability, your order may ship from within the United States or from one of our international fulfillment centers — including Asia, and additional regions as we expand. Every order is fully tracked regardless of origin.
Delivery Time
Once shipped: USA, 5-9 business days. International, 5-10 business days.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow its progress. If you haven't received tracking information within 2 business days of ordering, please reach out to us at support@zarnier.com and we'll look into it right away.
